Dasari sounded the clapboard on the lead pair, K Raghavendra Rao directed the first shot, Nagarjuna Akkineni switched on the camera.Prabhas gave the harathi, Mohan Babu couple handed over the bounded script. Pawan Kalyan's film launch was celebrated amidst many film personalities. In his speech the actor said he missed his brother Chiranjeevi who was away in chennai shooting for Stalin but nevertheless saw his brother in countless others who attended the function. This was recieved with a round of applause. Allu Aravind remarked that he always felt that the actor would come out with a film that deals with social consciousness. His wife Renu Desai and son Akira, mother, and other unit members attended the puja ceremony. The film is said to be trilingual with hindi and telugu in the offing and bengali a near possibility. AM Ratnam had produced Kushi for the maverick actor and Bangaram is coming to a close. The last film in which Pawan Kalyan acted was in the month of January last year. But now looks like things are speeding up for the actor.
