Ek Tha Tiger collects around 35C on Day 1
Salman Khan’s most awaited film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ might have received mixed response from critics, but the Kabir Khan film has kept the Box Office ringing since its release, the Rs 75 crore budget film has reportedly made a business of Rs 32 crore on the first day itself!
The movie is produced by Yash Raj Films, The film has been shot at expensive locales spread across 5 countries.
Popular trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to write, “#EkThaTiger Wed biz still being compiled. Yashraj still getting data. So one can only estimate. Anywhere between 32 to 35 cr nett. Ab bolo!(sic), and added, “To state that #EkThaTiger has created History would be wrong. Wed figures are BEYOND HISTORIC(sic).”
Big hero punched by budding actor!!
There are a lot of protocols and norms to be maintained when dealing with a big hero on the sets and off the sets too. So, many are cautious about such things. And in Bollywood, one man who has an iron power and strong grip is mighty heart Salman Khan. But recently he got punched by a budding hero.
His name is Gavie Chahal and he happens to be a Punjabi actor making his debut in Bollywood. This is through the film 'Ek Tha Tiger' and it is heard that for a fight sequence Gavie had to punch Salman. However, he was reportedly quite nervous and uncomfortable. But unit members reveal that Salman encouraged Gavie and asked him to punch.
It is heard that there were nearly 25 takes before the actual shot was okayed. That way, Salman got punched 25 times by Gavie who considers this to be a dream debut. The film is hitting the screens on August 15th and this has the angel of beauty Katrina Kaif as the leading lady.

Egos are quite common in film
industry. And if it is regarding the Number One position in the
industry, Egos are sure to come in way. However, Aamir Khan is always
above these petty egos. Speaking to a National Newspaper, He placed
Salman Khan above him in popularity.
In his words, he said, "I think, at this point of time, Salman's popularity
is on a big high. I personally believe he is much more popular than I
am. I am a fan of Salman Khan's. I love watching his movies. I must tell you a secret.
I do not know how to whistle. But whenever Salman organizes a trial of
his film for me; which he always does; I carry a plastic whistle with me
and I bring the house down with my ceetis. I don't know about Shah Rukh. I can't compare us."
