Rana shoots with Ajith!

His maiden venture in Tamil,Ongaram (Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum in Telugu),is yet to hit screens, but Rana Daggubati has already squeezed in time to shoot for Ajith's next,directed by Vishnuvardhan. He's playing a cameo in this film and his portion will be wrapped up in the next few days.

Vishnu Vardhan (of Panjaa fame) is directing the film and it stars Ajith, Nayanthara, Arya and Taapsee in lead roles. It's been a hectic month for Rana, so far. Apart from the shooting of Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum, he was busy with the engagement ceremony of his sister Malavika and now he's back to work again.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan achieved astounding success in tollywood with just four films and is even eying a grand bollywood debut trying to become genex angry young man of India with his film 'Zanzeer'. However it seems he is not satisfied with what he has in hand. He is robbing what ever tollywood hot hunk Rana is having in his possession at present. Rana who made his debut with unconventional flick 'Leader' under Sekhar Kammula's direction much to the surprise of many made a name for himself with his performance in the film. He is still regarded as 'Leader' though he went to bollywood and featured in two to three flicks like 'Dum Maro Dum', 'Department' rubbing shoulders with Sanjay Dutt and Amitabh Bachchan.

Now Ram Charan is keen on becoming tollywood's leader and robbed Rana from his title 'Leader'. In his upcoming mass entertainer under VV.Vinayak's direction. The film features Kajal and Amala Paul in the lead and Ram Charan is playing dual role for the first time in his career. Film makers recently titled the film 'Nayak' with the tag line 'The Leader'. Many feel what's the necessity for Ram Charan to rob Rana of his title 'Leader'. Rana is reeling in the string of flops and is currently starring in Krish's 'Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum'. Cherry's acts will surely disappoint Rana leaving him dejected.

Strange things always happen in the ways of films and film stars. After much drama. ex-lovers Simbu and Nayantara are reportedly seeeing each other after almost three years. Ever since the two were seen chatting with each other at a film function in Chennai, speculations have been agog about the two. Adding fuel to the speculation is the fact that both Simbu and Nayanthara are shooting in Hyderabad. While Nayanthara is acting opposite Rana in Krihsnam Vande Jagadgurum, Simbu is shooting for his next Tamil film. Grapevine has it that actor Rana is playing cupid between the two. Apparently the actor who is good friends with the two of them has been taking them around Hyderabad. Wonder what Trisha has to say about all this.
